The fill uses modified PVC sheet and is manufactured with a unique modified formula to enable strong resistance and guarantee its durability. It involves special processing whereby the inner side edge is integrated with a liquid baffle plate which controls the drift loss of water.
The edge ensures water loss is at its minimum while maximizing the heat exchange performance of the water and air. It is these materials that make the cooling tower fill high heat resistance which translates to unmatched cooling efficiency.
When gluing the SH fill to be a block, there are related match joint point to make the loose sheets glue together very fixable. Most people know that the loose sheets of the SH cooling tower fill save the space in the shipment, but our workers glue them to be a complete block and suitable size for the tower; in the meanwhile, the gluing for the PVC fill can not be export abroad, some customers request us to finish the block glue and then load in the container. That will save the customer's labor cost but spend a little more space in the shipment.
Beside the above type SH cooling tower fills, we have another special shape SH cooling tower fill. The special type is trapezoid. It is a large trapezoid of the whole fill which size 1900mm(height)x800mm(top length)x1000(bottom length), then cut it from the center to be 2 small trapezoid, and then block one by one in the tower after glue the loose sheets together. SH cooling tower fill is easy to glue without any collapse, the reason is the small glue area and less loose sheets quantity per block.
